Sona Comstar partners mainland China’s Jinnaite Machinery to produce driveline systems
Sona Comstar will invest $12 million, securing 60% equity in the JV, while Jinnaite Machinery will contribute $8 million in assets and business operations for a 40% stake
Sona BLW Precision Forgings Ltd., also known as Sona Comstar, announced July 20 that its board of directors has approved the establishment of a joint venture in mainland China with Jinnaite Machinery Co. Ltd.
