EnergyX's acquisition increases its total acreage in the lithium-rich Smackover area to 47,500 acres

EnergyX, a lithium technology startup backed by General Motors (GM), recently expanded its holdings in the Smackover formation, which stretches from Florida, US, to Texas, US, by acquiring an additional 35,000 acres in a $26 million cash and shares deal.
