Kongsberg Automotive to acquire full ownership of Chassis Autonomy
The acquisition will boost KA's position in the SBW market and support growth in electric and autonomous vehicles
On Aug. 12, Kongsberg Automotive ASA (KA) announced its plan to acquire the remaining 75% of shares in Chassis Autonomy SBA AB through its subsidiary, Kongsberg Automotive AS.
