Ecobat to sell German and Austrian operations to Clarios
Ecobat aligns its strategy by divesting operations, focusing on its core recycling and lithium-ion battery business
In a press release dated Aug. 18, Ecobat, a global battery recycling company, announced that it has agreed to sell its battery recycling and specialty lead operations in Germany and Austria to Clarios, a company specializing in advanced energy storage solutions.
