On Aug. 22, Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd. (SAMIL) established a wholly owned subsidiary, Motherson Egtronics Electronics Solutions Ltd. (MEESL), to focus on advanced clean mobility electronics, Autocar Professional reported Aug. 23.
