Continental to divest ContiTech Original Equipment Solutions business to Regent
The divestiture is part of the ContiTech group sector’s strategy to sharpen its focus on industrial customers
Continental announced that it has signed an agreement to sell its ContiTech business area, Original Equipment Solutions (OESL), to global investment firm Regent.
