EnergyHub, a provider of grid-edge flexibility solutions, has announced its acquisition of Bridge to Renewables (BTR), a company known for its telematics-based solutions that connect over 500,000 electric vehicles (EVs) and maintain partnerships with 12 original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). The acquisition aims to enhance EnergyHub's utility electric vehicle program growth and expand its partnerships with key EV OEMs.
