Nissan adjusts Leaf electric car production due to delays in battery procurement – report

Nissan Motor has reduced its production plan for the upcoming model of its Leaf electric vehicle by more than 50% for September to November, due to delays in battery procurement, Reuters reported Sept. 16, citing the Nikkei business daily.
