The collaboration aims to enhance smart sensing technologies for mobile, IoT, and automotive markets with advanced FSI SPAD technology

At its annual Technology Summit in Shanghai, GlobalFoundries (GF) announced a collaboration with Egis Technology to develop new direct time-of-flight (dToF) sensors on GF's 55-nanometer (nm) platform, as reported in a press release on Sept. 25.
