Sony unveils IMX828 with integrated MIPI A-PHY interface for automotive applications

Sony Semiconductor Solutions Corp. announced the upcoming IMX828, which is noted as the first in the industry to feature a CMOS image sensor for automotive applications with an integrated MIPI A-PHY interface, according to a news release.
