NTT launches NTT Mobility to support rollout of Level 4 vehicles
NTT Mobility will leverage NTT Group's resources for nationwide autonomous driving services, focusing on Level 4 deployment
NTT Inc. has announced plans to establish NTT Mobility in December 2025, with the goal of creating a safer, more secure, and sustainable autonomous driving society. This comes as the Japanese Road Traffic Act, amended in 2023, allows for the operation of Level 4 autonomous driving under certain conditions, leading to demonstration experiments progressing across various locations.
