Effective Feb. 5, the company's common stock will begin trading on the NYSE under the new name Dauch Corp. with the ticker symbol DCH
American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings Inc. has officially changed its name to Dauch Corp. by filing an amendment with the Delaware Secretary of State, effective Jan. 26.
