Michigan demands $23.7 million back from Gotion for halted project
The demand follows a letter from Michigan on Sept. 17, 2025, declaring Gotion in default of a $175 million taxpayer incentive agreement
Attorney General Dana Nessel's office in Michigan, US, has sent a formal demand letter to Gotion Inc. seeking the return of approximately $23.7 million in taxpayer money.
