The improved toolchain aids OEMs in certifying mission-critical systems across sectors like aerospace and automotive

Tasking, a company specializing in high-performance embedded software development tools, has announced enhancements to its unified toolchain designed to provide more comprehensive timing analysis for real-time, multicore embedded systems. The toolchain integrates Tasking's compiler technology, BlueBox debuggers, winIDEA IDE, and the LDRA tool suite. These enhancements aim to help developers assess complex timing issues, such as worst-case execution time (WCET), in line with industry standards. This improvement is set to aid OEMs in reducing the risks and costs associated with certifying mission-critical multicore systems, particularly in sectors like aerospace, automotive, industrial and robotics, including collaborative robots (cobots).
