Diodes expands PowerDI8080-5 MOSFETs for high‑efficiency 48-V automotive systems
The new 40-V-100-V N-channel MOSFETs target compact, efficient power management in BLDC motors and DC-DC systems across BEV, HEV and ICE platforms
Diodes has expanded its PowerDI8080-5 automotive-compliant N-channel MOSFET portfolio with the introduction of an ultralow RDS(ON), 100V MOSFET, along with new 40V to 80V MOSFETs. All of the 8mm x 8mm gullwing-leaded devices are designed to minimize conduction losses, reduce heat generation, and maximize overall efficiency in applications such as brushless DC (BLDC) motors and DC-DC conversion systems used in battery electric vehicles (BEVs), hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs), and internal combustion engine (ICE) platforms.
