Metzeler completes GDX acquisition
Two companies merge businesses to form a new company
Metzeler Automotive Profile Systems-North America completed the acquisition of GDX Automotive from Cerberus Capital Management. The investment firm had acquired GDX Automotive from GenCorp Inc. in September 2004.
