Haldex keeps the Scout prepared
Skoda unveiled the Octavia Scout at the 2006 Paris Auto Show, and brought the car to market in Q1 2007. The Scout, which is the latest addition to their off-road range, has a modified suspension and increased ground clearance, making it 17mm taller than the Combi 4x4 and 40mm higher than the regular Octavia estate. The vehicle comes available with either a petrol or diesel engine, as well as a choice of an automatic or a 5- or 6-speed manual gearbox.
