Report: Amtek Auto may acquire KSM Castings
Acquisition to strengthen Amtek’s presence in Europe
Amtek Auto is in the race to acquire KSM Castings, a supplier of light metal casting products for the automotive industry. The Indian auto parts maker is believed to be one of the front-runners in the bid for Germany-based KSM, reports the Economic Times. Two private equity firms are also reported to be in the race.
