Renames the company’s name as Schlegel Automotive Europe
India-based Ruia Group has acquired Metzeler Automotive Profile Systems UK Ltd for an undisclosed sum. The Group completed this acquisition through its special purpose vehicle, Global Finvest Ltd, within three weeks.
