Report: Motherson Sumi plans to turn around Visiocorp in a year
Significant boost to Motherson’s R&D capabilities
Motherson Sumi, which completed the acquisition of Visiocorp in the first week of March 2009, plans to turn around the purchased company’s business in a year, reported the Hindu Business Line. The acquisition has placed the Indian auto component supplier amongst the leading producers of automotive mirrors.
