Valeo increases its stake to 100% in FAW-Valeo Climate Control Systems
New company to be named Valeo Compressor (Changchun) Co Ltd
Valeo has increased its stake to 100% in FAW-Valeo Climate Control Systems Co Ltd, a 60:40 joint-venture established between Valeo and Fawer. The Joint-venture based in Changchun (China) produces HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) systems.
