Analysts

Anna is a principal analyst and manager in the connected car & vehicle experience team at S&P Global Mobility.

Since joining the company in November 2006, Anna has developed and headed the Infotainment focus area. Now her research focuses on connectivity and vehicle experience topics mainly for the North American market.

In addition, Anna manages a team of analysts that focus on the hardware aspects of the connected car and user interfaces. Anna has led and contributed to numerous projects that include detailed analysis of in-vehicle head unit systems, acoustic systems as well as telematics solutions for a number of international OEM and supplier companies to support critical decisions that shape the automotive and transportation business landscape.

Phil Amsrud is a Senior Principal Analyst for the automotive semiconductor research area with a special focus on advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous vehicles (AV) technologies, S&P Global Mobility.

Having spent over 35 years in the automotive electronics industry working for an OEM, supporting Tier 1s and managing North America for a semiconductor supplier, Phil joined S&P Global Mobility to analyze the ADAS and Autonomous Vehicle semiconductor market.

Phil began his career in the automotive electronics as a design engineers at GM on the ABS program. From there he joined Motorola Semiconductor Products Sector supporting Delphi Electronics then became part of Freescale Semiconductor that was spun off form Motorola. At Freescale he managed the filed sales and applications engineers supporting Continental Automotive.

After obtaining his Master's in business, Phil joined ON Semiconductor and was responsible for field sales and applications team in the Americas region supporting Continental Automotive. Phil also served as a new business development manager for the America for BAE System/Fairchild Imaging prior to joining S&P Global Mobility .

Phil holds both Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Business from the Univeristy of Wisconsin-Madison, US.

Rebecca Bellchambers is a research analyst in the thermal domain at S&P Global Mobility. Her primary focus lies in the areas of climate control, powertrain cooling as well as hybrid and electric vehicles thermal management.

Prior to working at S&P Global Mobility Rebecca Graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a first class honors degree in Automotive engineering, and during her time at university she completed a 12 month industrial placement at Hanon Systems UK.

Sascha Klapper is a lead analyst who manages the exterior lighting and interior comfort forecast portfolio and leads the global research for the automotive team at S&P Global Mobility.

Sascha is specialized in the automotive lighting component market and interior component market. He has worked as a subject matter expert researching, analyzing and forecasting the vehicle lighting and interior market with focus on headlamp technologies, ambient lighting applications, electronic architecture and cabin comfort technologies since 2016.

His responsibility includes managing the in depth market research, analysis, forecasting efforts and global project management of forecast updates. As keynote speaker he has extensive experience in making presentations to clients and conference audience worldwide.

Sascha has worked along with a broad customer-base including OEM, supplier, consultancies and institutional investors to support the business acumen. He oversaw client relationship management; building strong rapport with clients by understanding individual needs leading to maximum product value.

Sascha holds a Bachelor of Science from the Technical University Dortmund, Germany, and a Master of Science in Economics from the Università di Bologna, Italy.
