Region estimates auto production investment worth US$2bn by 2010
Enthused with a lucrative growth potential and backed by the supportive government, the Kaluga region of Russia is attracting auto components manufacturers to incubate parts production in the country. Mexico’s Metalsa and China’s Fuyao Group are among the companies which are drawing up plans to embrace the potentiality of the region.
