Dana concludes sale of Structural Products business to Metalsa
Deal includes ten manufacturing facilities along with a JV in UK
Dana has sold majority of its global Structural Products business to Metalsa, a subsidiary of Grupo Proeza, for US$147m. The divestment is aimed to focus on the light-, medium-, heavy-duty vehicles and off-highway markets.
