Behr and Kale form joint venture to develop the Turkish market
Behr GmbH & Co. KG, specialist for automotive air conditioning and engine cooling, and Kale Oto Radyatör A.Ş., an auto supplier specializing in engine cooling, have founded a joint venture based in Istanbul in which each party holds a 50% share.
The joint venture Kale Behr Otomotiv A.Ş. is to sell engine cooling and air conditioning systems for cars, light commercial vehicles and trucks in Turkey.
