Beijing Hainachuan to acquire Inalfa Roof Systems
Acquisition will strengthen company’s presence in Europe
Beijing Hainachuan Automotive Parts Co. (Bhap) will acquire Inalfa Roof Systems Group B.V. for an undisclosed amount, reports Autonews China. The company will retain the management team and headquarters of Inalfa in Venray (The Netherlands). The transaction is subject to the approval of China's National Development and Reform Commission.
