Beijing West to acquire Bosch brakes unit—report
Bosch China still to confirm report
China's Beijing West Industries Group (BWI) is set to acquire the brakes and transmission unit of Robert Bosch, reports the China Daily newspaper, quoting a manager at BWI Group. The Bosch deal will strengthen BWI's capacity in brakes and suspension systems, Steve Lin of the BWI Group said.
