Wanxiang acquires US-based parts company BPI
Continues to eye Fisker acquisition
Chinese supplier company Wanxiang has acquired US-based parts company BPI using a subsidiary, according to SinoCast. Details of the acquisition have not been revealed. Wanxiang's US subsidiary Wanxiang America has acquired the company.
