Halla Visteon begins manufacturing operations in Russia
Plant makes cooling modules and HVACs
Halla Visteon Climate Control (HVCC) started manufacturing operation at its new plant in Togliatti, in Samara region (Russia) in August this year, according to a press release by Visteon which owns 70% in HVCC.
