Chinese supplier company Wanxiang has been approved to acquire Fisker, marking a new chapter for the company
hinese supplier company Wanxiang Group has been granted approval from a court in the United States to acquire hybrid car maker Fisker Automotive following its winning bid of USD149.2 million for the company. At a court in Wilmington, Delaware, the United States, the judge Kevin Gross approved the sale of Fisker's assets to Wanxiang.
