Showa agrees to plead guilty in auto parts price-fixing probe in US
To pay USD19.9 million fine
Showa Corporation has agreed to plead guilty for its role in fixing prices of electric power steering assemblies and to pay USD19.9 million in fine, the US Department of Justice (DOJ) said in a press release.
