MAHLE to acquire majority stake in Slovenian supplier Letrika
Acquisition part of MAHLE’s strategy to strengthen mechatronics/electric business
On Friday (20 June), MAHLE signed an agreement to acquire 54% in the Slovenia-based supplier Letrika d.d, the company said in a press release.
