Anti-competitive application was files by French rival Arkema
The European Commission has expressed concern over the joint-development and subsequent production agreements between Honeywell and DuPont for HFO-1234yf, the only car air conditioning refrigerant that meets the current European Union (EU) Mobile Air-Conditioning (MAC) Directives.
