Visteon completes divestment of interior business in India to Reydel Automotive
Sale includes Visteon's all manufacturing operations in Pune, interiors business in Chennai
Visteon has completed the sale of its interiors operations in India to Reydel Automotive Holdings, a Dutch firm held by private investment company Cerberus Capital Management, the company announced in a press release yesterday (1 December).
