Visteon reaches agreement to sell Halla stake to Hahn, Hankook Tire
Deal expected to close in first half of 2015
Visteon confirmed yesterday (17 December) that it will sell its ownership stake in Halla Visteon Climate Control (HVCC) to Hahn & Company and South Korean tire-maker Hankook Tire, after speculation for several weeks.
