South Korea-based SKC to partner with Japan’s Mitsui Chemicals to expand polyurethane business
To form a 50:50 JV by 1 April 2015
Mitsui Chemicals and SKC have agreed to consolidate their polyurethane materials businesses through forming a joint-venture company, according to a press release by Mitsui Chemicals.
