Delphi agrees to sell air conditioning business to MAHLE – report
To be divested business operates 13 manufacturing plants and generated USD1.6 billion in sales in 2014
Delphi has agreed to sell its automotive heating and cooling business to German competitor MAHLE GmBH, according to a Wall Street Journal (WSJ) report, for a price of more than USD700 million.
