Mitsuba and Ichikoh to set up JV
New unit to make automotive mirrors
Ichikoh Industries and Mitsuba have signed a joint venture agreement to set up a unit in Kentucky (USA), which will be formed after the dissolution Ichikoh Manufacturing. Ichikoh and Mitsuba will hold 75% and 25% stake, respectively. The new company, Ichikoh Mitsuba, will manufacture automotive mirrors, automotive small lamps and other moulded and painted components in North America.
