Brembo to acquire 66% share in ASIMCO Meilian Braking Systems, China
To invest USD96.5 million for acquisition
Italian brakes maker Brembo has agreed to acquire 66% stake in China-based ASIMCO Meilian Braking Systems (ASIMCO) for CNY616 million (USD96.6 million), the company said in a press release yesterday (29 September).
