Visteon signs agreement to sell automotive interiors plant in Germany
Sale of the plant completes the company's divesture of automotive interior business
In a management buyout deal, Visteon has agreed to sell its automotive interiors plant in Berlin, Germany, to APCH Automotive Plastic Component Holding GmbH (APCH) effective 1 December 2015, the company said in a press release on 30 October.
