Visteon announces USD500 million stock buyback, USD1.75 billion cash distribution
Amount will be payable in January 2016
Visteon has announced that its board of directors has authorized a special cash distribution for shareholders amounting to USD1.75 billion, or USD43.40 per share; the amount will be payable on 22 January 2016.
