PSA files lawsuit against SKF for violation of European competition rules
SKF has no definitive information about the size of the damage claimed or the timetable of the process initiated in the Competition Appeal Tribunal
French automaker Peugeot and its group companies have filed a lawsuit against bearing manufacturers including SKF regarding violation of European competition rules and have sought a claim for the damage, according to a press release by the Sweden-based bearing supplier.
