Trelleborg to sell shares in TrelleborgVibracoustic to Freudenberg
TrelleborgVibracoustic is currently undergoing a process to change its name to Vibracoustic
Trelleborg has signed an agreement to sell its shares in TrelleborgVibracoustic to Freudenberg. Trelleborg said in a press release on 7 April that the transaction is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2016, and is effective from 1 January 2016.
