Automaker sells Fiat 500E in California, Oregon in US

Fiat Chrysler Automobile (FCA) is recalling more than 16,500 units of Fiat 500e electric cars to address a software glitch, says a statement on safecar.gov, a website run by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
