Submits for US court approval an agreement to settle diesel emissions cheating case

Volkswagen (VW) submitted on 28 June proposed settlements with US regulator the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the State of California's Attorney-General's Office, and the California Air Resources Board (CARB) under the Clean Air Act, the California Health and Safety Code, and California's Unfair Competition Laws, according statements from VW and the US Department of Justice (DOJ).
