NSK agrees to partially settle class action suits
To pay USD34.5 million fine
Japanese bearings company NSK and some of its subsidiaries in Japan and the United States agreed last week (22 July) to settle with some indirect purchasers that are part of the plaintiff classes, according to a company press release.
