Supplier JV Partner Date Description Westport Innovations Inc. Beijing Tianhai Industry Co. (BTIC) 24-Jul-06 Companies to initially invest US$400,000 in the JV. Under the agreement, LNG tanks, designed by Westport, will be manufactured in BTIC’s new cryogenic facility in Beijing (China), which was set up in June 2006.
