Kathleen Ligocki will join as consultant
Kathleen Ligocki, the CEO of Tower Automotive will leave the company to join Cerberus Capital Management LP as a consultant. The announcement is yet to be made public. However, the company representative has said that the announcement is scheduled for this week.
