SABIC completes acquisition of GE Plastics
Renames company as SABIC Innovative Plastics
Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) has completed the acquisition of GE Plastics from General Electric by the end of August 2007. SABIC has paid US$11.6bn for the buyout.
