Acquisition expected to conclude in fourth quarter of this year
Liaoning Dare Industrial Company, also known as Dare Group, has signed an agreement with AlpInvest Partners to acquire Germany-based car acoustics and heat management solutions supplier Carcoustics, according to a press release by Carcaustic.
